I looked at the menu Chez Elda and they said they have corn. I'm pregnant. I feel like I'm eating. I ordered. I'm waiting for the food. God, the corn is terrible. The beans are not cooked and they send a sauce with 2 small bones. Cow gave me and that's the sauce I ordered

Used to order from here often but will never order from here again. I placed an order through UberEats for a total of 5 meals and only 2 got delivered. When we called the restaurant the girl that answered blamed it on the driver (which could be possible) and then proceeded to hang up on us. We tried calling from the same number and she did not answer. Called from a different number and she answered. We were told to contact the owner. Upon speaking to the owner he advised us to pay for 3 more meals and he would deliver a total of 6 to us. That made zero sense because an additional 3 meals were not needed. We simply wanted to be able to pick-up the 3 meals that were missing. The owner said we could come pick-up the meals and to call when we arrived. Called 4 times upon arriving and no answer. The girl in the restaurant had a major attitude and acted as if we were trying to steal the food. She didn’t attempt to call the owner herself like we asked. Ultimately disputing this order. Complete waste of time, gas, and money.

The food from Chez Elda is out of this world. I don't live in FL but I was on my way to MIA and I Google a Haitian restaurant and Chez Elda was the closest one so I ordered fried goat tassot with fried plantains and a red snapper with white rice and beans puree. OMG. Listen, I cannot give them 6 stars but I was extremely pleased with the food. The fish was kinda pricey but it worth it because it was huge. I never bought any goat tassot that taste this good. I made sure on my way back I got two to go. I'm definitely going back for the goat OMG. BTW I drive a truck throughout the United States so believe me if I tell you that I rate them #1 in goat tassot.

Really good food. The people working were straight to the point and had been really good and helped me order for me being the only white boy in the plaza. Came in on my bike and they let me wait outside to watch it and called me when the food was ready.

It’s giving dirty! I ordered fried turkey complete. Why is it griot (full of fat) and a whole plate of plantains instead of rice/ beans. Hell no! I’m not going back. For $16 ?
