Really good food. The people working were straight to the point and had been really good and helped me order for me being the only white boy in the plaza. Came in on my bike and they let me wait outside to watch it and called me when the food was ready.
A Haitian restaurant that is opened later than most. I've been told by a few Haitian friends that the food is "ok" or "mediocre" but not the best, but I'm Bahamian and the food tastes great to me and the Pikliz are hotter than most Haitian restaurants (to which I love). The only negative for me is the amount. It's not alot to where you can have some left over for tomorrow's lunch, like most Haitian restaurants, to me. The food from Chez Elda is out of this world. I don't live in FL but I was on my way to MIA and I Google a Haitian restaurant and Chez Elda was the closest one so I ordered fried goat tassot with fried plantains and a red snapper with white rice and beans puree.
