Whoever answered the phone on April 10/2024 at 10:35 pm has really bad manners. I called to place an order and I was told I couldn’t do it this late which was fine with me, i said thank you and I was expecting some you’re welcome or have a good night but instead she hung up right away. That doesn’t seem really nice

I love this restaurant, there was a moment when the food was not as good but they did a 180. I got the margarita chicken with rice and beans. This is definitely one of my favorite restaurants to go to.

Out of all the times I ordered cajun pasta I never had any issues till tonight. I’m really disappointed and upset. I have the tiniest chicken pieces, barely any chicken on my pasta. My daughter received a chicken pasta kids meal and it looks like the same amount of chicken on a kids meal pasta. Besides that my food was cold. Im just shocked at the fact that I ordered and paid for a chicken Cajun pasta and looks more like just pasta. Also I didn’t receive any utensils. I’m not happy. I’m a loyal customer I love Chili’s, but this just makes me not want to come back. First picture wasn’t not touched second picture I added all the chicken together so u can see this is really unacceptable! it’s like someone took chicken off my plate.

Went to have a birthday dinner with my wife and kids. Told the girl we were a party of 4. She told me she could not seat us because all of us were not there. What got me was more than half of the tables were empty. Than when everyone was there they made us stand there. Did not seat us. So after almost 10 minutes we walk out. I will never go back again. I can understand if they were busy but when more than half the place is empty there's no excuse.

We waited to be seated, and then we waited 20 min we gave up and left my husband was in the biz and would understand if there were in the weeds, no one even greeted us or even said I'll be with you soon. The Host never said someone will be with you. We have never had such bad service.

I need for someone to contact me and let me know exactly what is this clear substance I found in my southwestern egg roll on 3/8/2024? I was vomiting ? due to this stuff. Slimy texture and it was only in this one roll weird and suspicious.

My friends and I had a great experience at this Chilis location. Our favorite drinks were the Captain Castaway and Skinny Margarita. The Green Tea shot was good too. The food was so good as well. You can order any burger and replace with the black bean patty. The Santa Fe was spicy and delicious! We also ordered the steak with asparagus, one of the taco bowls, and others. The portions were filling and was able to bring some leftovers home. Environment was great for conversations with friends. Thank you for a wonderful time!Vegetarian options: Replace any burger with veggie patty which is good.Parking: Plenty of spaceKid-friendliness: Definitely bring kids! Environment is kid-friendly.

don’t order any liquor here, they rip you off by watering it down and barely putting any alcohol in it.
