Ordered 2 double cheeseburgers BOTH with NO ONIONS. Tell me why BOTH of the burgers were covered in onions. We could taste the onions in every bite. No pickle and full of onions. And there's also a slip on the burger that clearly says No Onions. I don't understand. Lunch was terrible. Tasting onions and biting onions while trying to eat your lunch.

This McDonald's has to be the worst in Palm Beach county. Please don't ever take your kids here or eat here. The service is the worst in the world. How do they serve me a Double cheeseburger with only one bun. And I ordered fries hold the flies ants roaches or whatever this is in my fries.. After the bug in my food I'm completely sickened by the thought of even riding by a McDonald's. This whole location needs to be shutdown

Did a mobile app order for inside pick up and waited 25 minutes at the mobile pickup counter. No one acknowledged my presence the whole time so I decided to go through the drive through thinking maybe easier since all I ordered was 1 milk shake and 3 ice creams. I was wrong, I was directed to pull around to the side of the restaurant where I waited another 15 minutes before I went back inside and was finally given my order. I'd understand if it was busy but that wasn't the case

When did they stop mixing McFlurrys??? Use to be a wonderful treat for $1.50. Now they are $3.50 and they aren't mixed. Just ice cream with a topping. They don't even give you the iconic mixing spoon anymore.What's going on with this place? Maybe McDonald's corporate needs to start doing some quality control at its franchises.

The man that does the cleaning is the best thing about the employees in that location I told him he was the best thing in the store he made sure everything was very clean he picked up the trash that people left behind.Kid-friendliness: Children will like itWheelchair accessibility: Plenty of room for wheelchairs
