They were very rude, especially older lady. I politely waited until they came to me in line and said the mobile kiosk doesn’t have the order I want. I asked to please just order at counter. Would not let me and said the mobile order would work fine. I asked why are all the computers set up to take orders they are on. She said because they take cash, I explained I was paying in cash. Then cut me off short, I took the higher route and just left. But definitely loosing me and my families business at this location.

I used to love this place but then it was only night shift that tried, now it seems like barely anybody is trying. Walk in and the food maker (who actually does great most days!) is completing the order I’m there for. Despite saying and even yelling that it was the order I was there for, I wasn’t even acknowledged. A nice woman came off her break to come help, and even upon checking the drink, the guy made the wrong one. Since I was just picking up for my man, I was embarrassed when he seemed so disappointed. Then found out his potatoes were missing. We weren’t surprised something went wrong, we were surprised it wasn’t worse. Last visit for a while, hope y’all get better.

I have tried to eat at this location 3 times all three times i have been told i have to use a kiosk to order all three times i have explained to the employees that i dont want to use it . All three times there were employees just standing around 2 of the three times i have asked for the franchise office # and was told no or as today i was told by management they didnt know it . Can someone please contact me in private message do to i really thing the franchise would like to know how potential customers are being treated.
