“We have been here twice now, and love everything about this place. The food is incredible. Juicy chicken, soft and fluffy biscuits, crispy waffles, inventive pairings and combinations fit for any palette. Do not pass go without trying the shitake mushroom gravy.The service is as warm and inviting as their biscuits are buttery. LuLu was an angel to us and our children, putting a bow on an overall incredible experience.“

“Had dinner with my 2 little ones here. From the time we walked in, until the time we walked out, everything was amazing. The only thing I didn’t like was the macaroni. I’m so used to eating baked mac, I just assumed that’s what it would be. The taste of it was good. It’s just my preference of having it baked. Our waitress was Katie. She was amazing as well. She checked on us throughout our visit. Even refilled our drinks without having to hunt her down for that like at other places. Thank you Katie for making our first visit here outstanding.“

“Crossroad Hot Chicken never disappoints! Dropped by today to get my family some lunch. I added a basket of Tampa hot wedges to go with my Crazy hot chicken and man was I happy when I got home and ate. Thank you very much and keep up the great work!“

“First of all very clean. The hostess was very nice and seated us quickly. It wasn't busy so that helped. Service was good, food was good..we had the lunch portion ( meatloaf and mashed potatoes and one side)which was just enough food most portion are too much. Check out was great nice lady Patty helped me.“

“I love Mexican food, but my son doesn’t now, we’ve been there a couple of times because my little one wants tacos cause he loves the tortillas made by hand and there’s more options plus they have the BBQ options you should try it now! And they close late, 10/10. The only thing that’s bad is when you sit down the smoke of the BBQ makes your clothes smell bad, that’s why I recommend to take the food to go“

Our waitress was just the best answered all the questions the kids had, and kept coming back to check on us while picking up and cleaning the whole place. “Wow, so today was my first time coming and EVERYTHING we tried was so delicious. The Mac and cheese bites, burnt ends, garlic fries, chicken/shrimp carbonara, and strawberry lemonade were some of the things we tried. The waiter ZENO did a PHENOMENAL job he was so kind and attentive. Went above and beyond with his service and presentation. He was really wonderful.
