Always perfectly made, and very friendly staff. I was a little intimidated at first having no clue what I was getting or how to "order" it. It's literally just choosing a flavor and sweetness level. I like really sweet so I always go with 75% sweetness. I recommend the blueberry with blueberry boba (the tapioca pearls). There's also a display at the counter that shows all of them true to size and look.
The oolong tea was good, cheese crema topping was exceptional, boba quality a bit low and price was high. Nice staff, cute place with hard seating.I enjoyed it, they also serve doughnuts. I believe the owners were Vietnamese
