Very good food. Very good service even with a few hiccups during our experience. Our reservation was delayed because of previous guests not wanting to leave (that says something, huh?). Then a few of the orders got mixed up but we had 14 people there. We are a family that have restaurant workers/owners/servers so we were calm about the hiccups. Mgr was very solicitous and we shall be back
Went for lunch. My wife and I judge professional BBQ competitions, so our standards are high. I had the lunch special Danish back ribs. They were properly cooked, not overdone, mushy, "fall off the bone" which is the hallmark of overdone. We had a conversation with the manager who impressed us as knowing what he was doing. Best late night food available when leaving Tampa and going south on I-75. When Indy is behind the bar, you can guarantee elite service. Kitchen is open until 1:30a which is helpful when you are stuck in the city late. Specials at the bar after 10pm. 5* for sure.
