Full rack of ribs with roasted corn, garlic bread, and loaded baked potato. Went in at 4 pm, so it wasn't busy, but getting an entree within 3 mins of placing the order shows it was microwaved sides for sure. Mushy corn, dried out baked potato I couldn't even attempt to eat the skin. Dry and not even a slight fall of bone (yes, I know pork is more tough) ribs. And old garlic bread. First time here in 10 years and I'll only come back to try happy hour cocktails but not food. Not even sure my half a rack leftovers can handle a reheat and be edible.

Food was brought out cold. Asked to fix it. No sides were brought out, had to ask for them. After asking for the food to be remade the server then acted like we didn't exist. No refills, no napkins, no sorry. Again asked to speak to the manager. He seemed annoyed that we asked for a sorry. At the end of the day our bill was comped. Still won't be back.

The meat was dry. I got the full rack of ribs and only ate four ribs and left the rest. It was so dry. My husband's pulled pork was dry. Both the meats were like they were cooked yesterday. My ribs were smeared and barbecue sauce that I never asked for. I wanted to try some of the other barbecue sauce. It was the first time of us going to Smokey bones and we will never go back was not at all impressed. Waitress was good. Ambience was OK. Music was quite loud with only two tables occupied at 1 o'clock in the afternoon.

Great place to grab dinner or lunch, quiet enough to hear the tvs if you want to watch sports but lovely enough to not feel overly fancy. the MAG Nachos are our favorite!! our server Nikki was always around for refills and was super friendly, we love this place!

Absolute garbage. Inedible. Sweet tea is just tea colored water. Why is it all cold? Wings are just large McNuggets. It's literally so bad. The owners of this smokey bones clearly do not give a single pinch of dry goat sh*t about their restaurant. Never again. These are the same people that own fatburger, twin peaks, marble slab creamery, Johnny rockets, and fazoli's. And don't give me that "it's franchised" BS. Chick fil a is franchised too and they have no problems maintaining quality with their franchise partners. Trash. Imagine spending $110 for a couple wings and a sandwich and the food being cold and the drinks inexplicably inedible.

We had a great lunch experience. I ordered the salmon and the cornbread was outstanding. Nick took care of us about 25 ppl. Him and his whole team did a great job taking care of such a huge group.

An hour and ten minutes after ordering when still no food had arrived we asked to speak to a manager. He said "I had two big tables ahead of you." We said ok, could you give us an idea how much longer? He said no way to know, we're still working on that table. We took that to mean they had not started ours and decided to leave. When we got to the sidewalk the lady from the next table over came running out and said they just brought your food. So, we went back - wish we wouldn't have. Not one thing on any plate had any bit of warmth....but remember we had just waited almost 90 minutes at this point - how in the world was it cold, was it just sitting and nobody brought it to the table?? When we told the waitress she said "well you already spoke to the manager" and walked away. From that point forward we never saw her - or anyone - come to our table again. No offer to remake it, no can we get you something else, just oh well. The table next to us went to the server kiosk to get their own napkins, the table behind them went and opened a cupboard under the server computer to find to go boxes. Completely disorganized, poor leadership, and nobody that cared if anything was good or not. On top of that the floor was sticky, multiple tables were dirty and no one cleaning them, the bathroom needed a lot of attention - if this is what it looks like where you can see, what does the kitchen look like?? For me, it doesn't matter because I won't be back.

We had a group of people and all of us spent 2 full hours waiting for them to serve our food and they never served it until we eventually had to leave. They would serve every one else besides us and wouldn't give us any service. People came after us and left before us and we never got our food. Worst place ever.
