Best brisket I've had. Have been here several times and never disappointed. My wife and I will drive here from Crystal River just for the brisket. Finishing off the meal with banana pudding.
I wasn't sure about this restaurant when I first pulled up, looks kind of sus from the outside. The food was pretty good, prices are zesty but I don't mind paying for quality. Love the brisket and the sweet potato casserole but the chicken sandwich was dry and the fried biscuits were so salty they were almost inedible. It would have been nice to dine in but I took mine to go, just wasn't the kind of place I'd sit and have a meal. Still worth checking out if you are in the Brooksville area.

Heard great things and read reviews. Ordered rack of ribs brisket ,green beans, slaw and okra. First the ribs were gray, cold and with out any smoke ring and flavorless, the brisket was ordered fatty but recieved lean brisket with a huge fat cap (maybe they dont know there is a deckle you remove after you smoke them.) The slaw was ok but the fried okra came out of a bag and the green beans out of a can. Totally disappointed not worth the money or the drive!!
