“It's weird, you don't really look forward to going to a hospital ever but when the coffee is good, at least you have something to look forward too, right? This little shop is right when you walk in by the north tower. Even though it's tiny, I really couldn't see anything they didn't offer that a normal Dunkin' would. The staff is the main reason for the high rating. Very enthusiastic, friendly and fast paced! Oh, and the coffee always came out perfect, exactly how I wanted it!“

“Went inside to get my mobile order when they were really busy with a line out the door, but the entire crew were extremely nice! Especially Mallie! She was killing it.. making so many drinks at one time and still had a smile on her face! This is our new fav Dunkin now ?“
“The only problem we had was the lobby was closed due to lack of employees. Everything we originally asked for, they were out of... But we are ice cream addicts and were able to come up with flavors we were happy with. It was hard on the staff with us guessing what was available and not being able to see.... If what I saw on line is the correct pay, then it is no wonder you don't have enough help. Call other businesses in the same area and raise their pay. The staff that waited on us deserve a raise for staying friendly while under pressure.“
“Always very friendly. I like both locations I have frequented...19 in Spring Hill as well as this Cortez location. I don't mess with the app anymore. I know it has coupons, birthday specials and ways to pay by scanning the app. But it just doesn't feel like actual money so it's too easy to spend too much. My husband likes the Apple fritters...this location tends not to have any avail by nighttime. ------ Updated: still my favorite place to come. Right after they sold the last vanilla cream to me, someone at the counter was selling the same one and beat her to it. She was very kind and replaced it with a bunch of munchkins. Great people.“
