“I love their food, but typically, if you go there around 11pm or later, you can't go onside for staff safety, which is fine, but if you TRY to go through the drive-thru, they can't serve you because EVERY night, their systems are "updating" So why are they even open and paying staff to be there?“
“I get it they need more staff . But can I say every single time I go the food and drink is perfect . Never complain , they are always trying there best with customer service . They even help fix my drink a neighbor dunkin made terrible, they added what was suppose to be added and made my drink come back to life. 5 star for sure , 4 for atmosphere when it gets over crowded. But they work hard for what they have . Love this place.“

“I am a long-time customer and fan of Dunkin'. In fact, I have been coming to Dunkin' as far back as when they were called Dunkin' Donuts, lol. Regardless of what you want to call this iconic business, you really cannot go wrong.Dunkin' has grown considerably since Bill Rosenberg opened the first location in Quincy, Massachusetts back in 1950. The company has since expanded to somewhere around thirteen thousand locations in over forty countries. I would say that Dunkin' is best known for their donuts (though if you would like, you can spell it doughnuts) and coffee, though my go-to here is neither. My usual order at a Dunkin' is probably their bagels with cream cheese. While I would never say that Dunkin' has the best bagels with cream cheese (I grew up in New Jersey and I know great bagels), they are pretty good, especially when you consider that the bagels are coming from a global chain.I have often used Dunkin' (or if you prefer, Dunkin' Donuts) as a co-conspirator in bringing a culinary bribe of coffee and donuts to early morning meetings. There is nothing like some coffee and donuts to help inspire a bit more attention and maybe the wisp of a smile upon the tired faces of the various teams that I am meeting with.Whatever you choose to go with, you cannot go wrong with anything that you order at Dunkin'. Overall, I will give this location five stars and they definitely have my recommendation.“
“Come here to get some donuts for a Christmas brunch. They have soo many choices and the smells are intoxicating. Makes you want to buy every kind they have, and when you get them home and have one or two, you wish you would've bought more for the next day.“

“This is A Tale of Two Cities. This section of Leesburg has a dysfunctional Wendy's, McDonald's, DQ, and most notably, Popeyes. Thus now my expectations for anything in this area are very low. So I order a small iced, little ice, little milk, no sugar. I normally see eyes glaze over right in front of me at this point, but it did not faze the personable young lady at the counter. Still, I am expecting to get handed a beverage with a ton of ice and heaps of sugar, 15 minutes later. Amazingly, it came out almost instantly, and completely accurate. So my experience was delightful. Right next to me however several folks were less than delighted, waiting so long it is like they ordered Peking Duck. This is my Yelp not theirs though, so 4 Stars.“
“1st time in this location. Visiting family close by. But staff was amazing. Fast service polite. Unfortunately a gentleman with a flat tire had made a bit of a scene bc the staff couldn't help him with an electrical outlet on the property. But the staff handled the situation very professionally in my opinion. I decided to wait til he left the property because he came back an tried to take photos of the staff. Fortunately he must have realized that this is not a gas station an went across the street. Way to go staff team for keeping your cool in a weird situation. ???“
“Went in on 8/23 around early afternoon to pick up a doordash order and the wonderful woman working was quick and friendly and answered every question I had about coffee flavors and the best way to order a frozen coffee, told her I'd be back the next day to order for myself because the coffees she told me about sounded delicious. Went back the next day around noon and the same lady was there as well as another super friendly woman. The 1st woman (I feel bad for not getting her name) remembered me and made my 2 drinks perfectly and was just an all around amazing human. There's a dunkin less than 1 mile from me but because of her, I will now be driving out of my way to go to this location. She truly was awesome for answering every question I had and even questions I didn't know I had. Other coffee shops I've been to always seemed irritated by my questions because I don't know how to order a coffee I'll like at places like that but she went above and beyond. Managers, if you're reading this, see who was working at those times and give that woman a raise.“
