Ordered at drive thru, getting requests over the phone from family members, they were so patient & helpful placing my order & got it fixed & ready to go within minutes & sent me on my way, smelling that great food, making me even more hungry , ready to tear into that bag of mouth watering chicken & side orders...The only way it could be better is if it were free & delivered to my house!!But, we know that's not possible..I am a very satisfied customer of KFC... I'm going to be completely honest... The food combination works. Having a KFC and a Taco Bell together works for some reason. The food itself was honestly amazing... However, what brings it down for me is the service... Everyone there was fairly rude, with fight breaking out between a customer and a cashier. So if you go through the drive thru, I highly recommend. If you decide to dine in, I recommend a different KFC Taco Bell restaurant. Purely for better service

It was an acceptable experience but the staff had a difficult time keying in orders for Taco Bell items. The food is what you would expect. OK value and you can build your meal in a relatively healthy way.
