Food okay, service terrible. Waited 30 minutes for takeout while drive thru got priority. Gave my meal away and had to wait again. Cashiers were more interested in the trucks in the drive thru than the customers waiting.
Went there in August 2023. It was ok.How busy?I went in the afternoon. The manager with the red hair is very rude to customers and employees. I've heard her refer to the employees as offensive things and have seen her argue with multiple customers. Why hasn't she been fired? The food is usually good as long as my order is correct but she will argue with you if you go in and complain. Maybe she needs more customer service training because that's not how a manger should be acting.
