Bagels are so good. Raisin bagel is best. But the lady taking order is so rude in taking order as this is busy location. If you taking 30 seconds or more she said hurry up in order

Walk in to 3 people working with their back towards the counter. Stood there for about 4 minutes before the girl that I heard laughing in the back came up front to take my order. They had no plain cream cheese tubs, no ice for my fountain soda drink, no napkins I had to ask the people behind the counter for those items. Some customer had to ask to have his coffee heated in microwave because it was cold. The dining room was set at sub artic tempature so I had to sit outside. Just like the rest of “fast food” Einstein is also on the decline. You guys need to get a manager in there who knows how to run the place. I will not be back, I used to love Einstein Brothers.

Got good service. The bagel came out quickly, well toasted and good amount of cream cheese. The coffee however, was disappointing. This is not the first time the coffee is either empty or just lukewarm. Today, it was lukewarm. I didn't want to wait for a new pot and ended up buying another at an adjacent coffee place. I still like Einsteins. Although I didn't order one today, their sandwiches are usually pretty good. Be more mindful of the coffee station and I can raise the rating. Thank you.
I have been to many other Einstein locations in the past, so I thought I would try this one for the first time. I made my order using the mobile app which was easy. I used the curbside option, and put in the make, model and color of my car. When I arrived I clicked “I’m here” on the app and the app indicated that someone would be out to bring my order shortly. I waited for over 20 minutes while watching car after car enter and leave the drive through and people come and go through the main entrance, so I decided to enter. I immediately noticed my order sitting in the “mobile pick up” area, and I asked why my order wasn’t brought out, as I specifically selected curbside. The staff appeared shocked, and said “I don’t know, we don’t do that” I took my order and left upset, to find my food was cold. The poor flavor of the iced coffee made me a little more aggravated, then seeing on the bag printed “curbside order” made me even more irritated. I certainly wont use this location ever again. As you can see from the photo, my $8 Texas Brisket breakfast sandwich looked quite sad. As far as the place goes, it was clean and organized, and the staff were friendly. There was plenty of available parking spaces. We’ll see what corporate has to say about this situation.

Always great food. Very consistent. I had an issue trying to understand the points redemption ( they have a GREAT points program by the way) but the cashier helped me out with no issues. They also recommended the brisket and egg sandwich, AMAZING!
