Got good service. The bagel came out quickly, well toasted and good amount of cream cheese. The coffee however, was disappointing. This is not the first time the coffee is either empty or just lukewarm. Today, it was lukewarm. I didn't want to wait for a new pot and ended up buying another at an adjacent coffee place. Always great food. Very consistent. I had an issue trying to understand the points redemption ( they have a GREAT points program by the way) but the cashier helped me out with no issues. They also recommended the brisket and egg sandwich, AMAZING!

Fantastic, efficient and courteous... they even have drive through! Used to go to the other location in Altamonte until they were not nice to my 3 yr old son. So we brought our business to Casselberry ; )
