At Chipotle, we were upset to find chicken in the Pinto beans, which disappointed our vegetarian group and our friend from the UK who was excited for a veggie meal. It was a careless mistake that spoiled our otherwise enjoyable time. Popular chains like Chipotle should pay more attention to dietary preferences to keep customers happy.?

Omg ? I will never eat at this Chiptole. All I mean every table was dirty food residue all over the place. The area where they prep the food was dirty, dirty mixing bowls on the counter, the grill was blacken nasty. We didn't even order walked right out. I saw reviews from months ago same dirty place. Just close the place.

Have come here multiple times and had a bad experience. Walk in and the line for food was long which is fine but i waiting in line for 35 min!!!! Took so long. The workers were unfriendly and the portions were VERY small. Asked about vinaigrette and the workers said they didn’t have any without checking yet they had it in the back since another co worker knew they did and got it for me.

Waited behind 15 people only to find out after reaching the counter that they were out of chicken, beef and veggies. It was gonna take 30mins for the chicken to be ready. They could have told us while we were waiting and better yet have better planning. The staff was very callous about it and didn’t seem to care when one of the customers got upset about having to know aftet waiting in the line fot quite some time.

I live in the area and try to give local businesses business however never again. They are always short staffed. The staff is scary the dining area is always dirty with overflowing garbage containers and they always run out of chips and other items past 6pm. Don't get frustrated by frequenting this location.

Definitely don’t go if you don’t see your usual good staff. Short lady and a younger man with gold chain necklace that tries to almost scam you out of your own food. If a certain group of staff is not there, just leave. Nothing is complete in that store otherwise. Was a regular customer but will leave anytime I see a certain set of employees. LOL (after 9:30… keep in mind they are generally open to 11)

The keep on filling mobile orders without all the ingredients and never call. I show up and things from my order are missing all the time.

My wife and I never even made it to the line to place an order because the place was filthy and just disgusting everywhere. Nobody was out there cleaning and, from the looks of it, nobody had cleaned in hours. And it wasn’t very busy. Just unbelievable to me!

Such a strange experience here.I begin my order, and the employee asks what meat I want. I say no meat, and then he proceeds to role his eyes at me. I thought maybe it was joking sarcasm, but then he goes, "Who goes to Chipotle and doesn't get meat," with the most dead serious tone in his voice. I also ask if they have cilantro (my chipotle back home usually has a side of it you can add,) and he says something along the lines of "no, this isn't a snobby chipotle." I really wanted to believe he was joking in this, but I simply think that was not the case.
