Well that was quick! I am leaving my honest experience below but I received a personal phone call from the manager less than an hour after posting this review. He apologized profusely and offered to buy my lunch tomorrow. He explained that my experience today was caused but a number of things that went wrong. The food is always good, however this time I got a side of cheese for my fries (in which I had to pay extra for, which was no biggie) except I didn't get the side of cheese. I called multiple times and no one answered and that's the only reason I'm even leaving a review.
I haven't had Charley's in a while, so I decided to give them a chance while I was killing time before my movie. The cashier acted as if me ordering was bothering his entire day. He cut off my "hi how are you" with "what can I get for you". I tell him what I want, and he's still texting on his phone. He tells me the total, I get the money.
