I have finally gotten my diet cleaned up by taking out almost all sugar. Which is healthy, but sad. Not anymore! This ice cream is very low in calories and carbs, but who cares unless it's also delicious? Which it totally is. I had a small bowl of the blueberry cheesecake, which is actually a very ample serving, and it was so good. And it was completely satisfying. No need to have any other treats or snacks the rest of the day. Definitely recommend.
To say we LOVE D'Lites is an understatement, for sure! Pamela and her staff have gone above and beyond to serve the community, especially through COVID and after! We discovered the shop when we first started keto in 2018, and have been coming faithfully ever since! The low calorie ice cream is incredible. And delicious And I never feel bad after eating it. Regular ice cream makes me feel bloated sick and bad about myself. Cuz I'm a big fatty. But delights ice cream makes me feel Happy! ?
