“Service was top notch. Pizza was absolutely amazing, as always. Whichever MM location we visit anywhere, it’s always consistent and on point. Beer was fresh, cold, and delicious. Atmosphere is always cool and vibrant. Flushrooms were super clean.
I wanted to give a shout out specifically to Liv and Johnathan, both were outstanding, friendly, and attentive servers. We highly recommend this establishment for those looking for great food, especially their signature pizza. 5 stars all the way!“

“I first had Zein’s as takeout and my boyfriend was the one who picked it up. It was some of the best pizza I’ve ever had! I had to go see the place for myself, so next time I went with him and got to meet the mastermind behind the pies. He told us all about his process to make the pizzas, the ingredients (top level cheese from Italy!), and the story behind the place. Super lovable guy who really knows his stuff on pizza. He let us know he was from NY and it all made sense, since NY pizza is my favorite and I’ve never had any that measured up in Florida. This pizza really scratches the itch for that amazing NY pizza I crave all the time. The crust is perfect, and the toppings he uses just take it over the top. Highly recommend the Supreme pizza. Next time we will try the white pizza, which he highly recommended. The place itself is definitely unique… you’ll see when you visit. We will be getting Zein’s as often as we can justify it lol“

“I've been looking for really good pizza for a long time and this place is absolutely amazing not only do they have specials daily AND the delivery time is on point sooner than I even expected!!! the 18 inch extra large is just what it states and it's extra awesome garlic knots are yummy too! I'm a fan of hole in the wall type of places and the fact that it's at the end of a gas station just makes it even better ? this is my go-to place for pizza haven't tried the subs yet but I'll be doing so today since they're on special for $10!! if you're looking for good New York style pizza this is your place!!! “Original south sider here. Super skeptical when it comes to restaurants outside the area stating they're Chicago style thin crust. This place checked all the boxes!! Sausage was on point, no crumpled crap or poker chip,it was real authentic Sausage chunks. The thin crust was perfect. It was so good,we got another Togo for when I'm hungry later at the hotel. We're up here on our anniversary weekend trip n this place made it totally worth it. We'll definitely be back b4 we head back to south Florida.“

“I absolutely love the Clearwater CiCi's, The pizza maker always does a good job on the pizza and they make whatever you ask for, I've been eating at this location for years and I've always enjoyed it, The elbow macaroni and sauce is kind of gross The Alfredo sauce is good and the soup is questionable lol But I don't really go there for that I go there for the pizza, I do enjoy the salad bar however several items are no longer available on the salad bar that bothered me a little bit but still I can deal with it again I'm there for the pizza! After the owner responded & seeing that it's under new management, we tried a lunch special of 2 slices & a drink. From the first bite we knew this was a winner!! My Italian husband is very picky about his pizza and even He said it was fantastic! If you haven't given this place another chance I urge you to do so . You won't be disappointed. And btw the kitchen & decor is now fresh , bright & clean ! 5 star review!

After coming here for years & over a decade - something has very much changed here & Not for the better! The food used to be pretty good, not this horrible mess the last two orders. Meatballs are now frozen & intolerable - they Used to be handmade. Pizza was not fresh. And for the 2nd order in a row they 'forgot' our drinks. Over 40$ for a crummy lunch! We are Done with westshore pizza forever. Umberto getting my pizza business from now on Update: it's apparent there are now new owners who really care about this place! Of course I will give them another try ! I'm impressed at the amount of engagement the new owner has shown to all the previous crummy reviews. He deserves the chance !“

I've tried to go there twice in the last few weeks once on a Monday once on a Tuesday and they do not open till 4:00 p.m. looks like since the owner Frank passed away whoever is taking it over is making big changes that will probably end the business.“
