My friend and I came across this gem today. We loved our food and - as we both have dietary issues - were able to find lots of yummy choices. Windward Bar is tucked away in a small shopping center near the Clearwater Aquarium.
We took a chance on this spot and truly enjoyed every moment of our experience. It was chilly and rainy, and the place was packed with locals. Our servers were pleasant and welcoming, we were really made to feel welcome. My dad loved the place so much we returned to enjoy our last dinner in Clearwater. The energy was great.
