So on Sunday 2/18 I went to Burger King with my bf to pick up food for breakfast for us and the kids. It was super busy. The one guy was on a roll with getting order out as quickly as he could but I guess because they were busy with orders there wasn't anyone at that time at the cash register to take orders so there was a bit of a wait. Gave them another chance. I thought they might be better after having been refurbished. Nope. Food is still good but not worth the headache. Freestyle machine had no ice and most flavors were gone. They messed up my partner's burger but were willing to fix it. App only allowed drive thru orders and for coupon I had to use app. When I tried to eat inside it seemed confusing to them. The staff seemed nice but not trained thoroughly enough. Not coming back to this BK anytime soon....read full review

Expect to wait 20 minutes PER CAR in the drive thru!! Worst drive thru service I've ever experienced. The dining room has been under renovation for many months so drive thru is the only option. They seem to only make one order at a time so you wait at the drive thru speaker until the car ahead gets their order. Poor customer service. Never any acknowledgment about the wait or even a hello. Avoid this Burger King!!!
