We've been here twice now, and the food has been pretty good, the water view is nice, and the staff have always been attentive and personable. It can get a little busy here, especially on the weekends. I would recommend that you want to have a good experience here, you will need to put your patience hat on. When it gets crazy busy service can be a little slow, but it's clear that everyone is hustling and seems to be doing their best.

This was our first time at Lilly's on the Lake. Full disclosure, we'd heard from others in the past the food wasn't that great, but we met Chef Shawn around town and he invited us to come by and check it out -- we weren't disappointed. We arrived by boat and pulled up onto the sand beach (be sure to have an anchor for both bow and stern*). We were seated outside over looking the water (time was about 645p). The view was lovely and we watched the sun set not long after. I ordered the Cajun Pasta w/ Chicken; the Flavor was Amazing! The blackened chicken was perfect and the sauce was beaming with robust flavor. My better half ordered the Parmesan Garlic wings; she was very pleased with her selection. We are excited to come back and try other selections. Shawn noted he was working on a Mango Habanero sauce for the wings -- YUM!

Ok, This is landmark place to visit, but not for the food. The bar is great BTW. The food isn't that good. Appetizers are fine, but the location is beautiful. You can sit on the deck with friends while watching your kids swim in a designated safe area at the beach and enjoy a beautiful sunset off the water. You can swing in a chair under a huge oak tree and enjoy the views with a special someone. It's location is walking distance to downtown Clermont. Truly a fun place to go as long as you understand the food is just okay. Again, the bar and bartender were awesome.

Bro... this restraint is HORRIBLE. Staff, mostly drunk or at least acting drunk. Took 30 minutes for a SPRITE... the food wasn't that good. It tasted like a piece of paper, (literally). The service was horrible and workers watched your every move. Horrible place. If I could give it a lower rating I would. HORRIBLE PLACE. THE FRIES ARE $10.00. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY.

At one time in the past, this location may very well have deserved the top rating in Clermont, but now? Oh, how things can change. We gave it two stars for the location, which is very nice with a great lake view, and the drinks from the bar. Both are excellent and we enjoyed each one. The rest of the experience is pathetic. Service? I almost got up and walked into the bar for our drink order as we got tired of waiting on the server. She finally made it to the table just before I made the move. The food? Well, it won’t kill you. It’s that bad, In addition, the prices out are out of line for the quality. My wife had fish and I had chicken fingers. Both tasted like the proprietors robbed one of the old fallout shelters and found a box of survival food. Even the fries were not that great (how do you mess up fries?). The Coleslaw? Yuck: plain and tasteless. If you really want to try their bar food, we suggest burgers. How could you mess one of those up? You can skip the rest of the menu. Better yet, skip the food and head for the bar and enjoy the view.

Apparently all blonde women are the same. I was shamed for another woman's dog behavior and, although my dog was leashed at my side, the horrid owner dismissed me from her property. Shame on you for your judgment. Your food was disgusting and behavior even more so. Shame on you.

I'll skip the service, which was just poor, and get to the food ,which was far worse. One time i ordered fish and chips. The fish was four fish sticks. The second time we went, I ordered a "traditional" Reuben sandwich. The sandwich came pressed like a panini to about 1/2 inch thick. The owner of this establishment either knows nothing about food, or worse, does not care. Dreadful.

The food was absolutely delious!! The picture on the left was the seafood platter and the picture on the right was the shrimp pasta. This is my new favorite spot and I will definitely be going back very soon. They have a bar as well. The beach spot below is really nice. They do need more of a selection.

I've been coming to this restaurant for a long time. I ordered a chicken wings. When I complained how tough it ia to chew the manager got very testy and very aggressive and implied that I just want a free meals. He raised her voice and becoming belligerent. The other servers were very civilized and respectful. Long story short I paid the full bills and left. I don't know if I will ever comeback again to that place. Very bad costumer service, horrible!! I will not recommend this place to anyone!!

Not only were they out of half of the menu. I called and specifically asked if they had any type of music because the last time we were there I felt like we were in a library. I indicated we had a party of 10 and we would like some background noise while looking at the lake. The manager who appeared to be high when we arrived said yes we can pipe it through our speakers. So we arrived to find out that in the span of one hour the system broke and it was as quiet as it was the last time we were there. So we took our party of 10 and left for the Claremont brewing Company and had a wonderful time with the band. This place needs new ownership and management in the worst way because Lillys has the best location and the worst of everything else.

Had lunch there. The seafood platter was one of the best I ever had. Wife and I shared it. We also had nachos and they were good, but for the price it was undersized. Very nice view and friendly staff.

I have a minor daughter, who selected Lillys on the Lake as her first job, she spent two weeks working on this site in the month of April/2022 and to date she has not received any payment. Any suggestions on what can be done to get my daughter paid?

This has been on my "want to try" list for quite a while. I've been a bit hesitant because it does not have good reviews, but I know everyone has different opinions and I went with an open mind. We were immediately seated and were able to sit out on the deck. They were not very busy, and I saw at least 5 servers. The deck is screened in and a beautiful view of the lake. Bonus points because there is a no smoking sign out there. We proceeded to wait for 15 minutes until anyone stopped in to take our drink orders, although others around us were being seated and attended to. We had given it four more minutes and we were going to get up and walk out. A server stopped in with a minute to spare and asked if anyone had waited on us and apologized profusely that there was a mixup and proceeded to take our drink orders as well as food orders. I was interested in the buffalo chicken avocado flatbread and asked how spicy it was. He said it was medium spicy, but in general not too bad. My back up option was wings and he told me they were out of wings as well as out of steak for tacos etc. He said he would put "go light" on the buffalo sauce and I went ahead with that. We ordered sweet tea which was barely sweetened. My partner finished his tea and the server walked past us without acknowledging his empty glass on the table's edge. After waiting about 15 minutes, my partner's fish sandwich and fries were delivered and the cook/server (not sure who it was) had a shocked look on his face and said "oh we thought your flatbread had already been delivered. Let me go get that started, do you want this now (fish sandwich) or shall I hold off?" I told him to leave it because who wants a sandwich sitting under a warmer. His fish sandwich looked like it was chopped up fillet and was not blackened like he ordered. The fries were literally nubs with less than 25% of them being full size fries. Either the bottom of a bag or they make their own and they're all very short, I mean like an inch long lol. (See Philip E review for photos) He was finished with his entire meal before my flatbread came out and I was then told they were out of avocado so it was just a buffalo chicken flatbread. Wouldn't you think they would've told me that before they started it given that it was already after my partner's food was delivered?!? The server was again very apologetic and I might add now that he was creepy, in our face so much that it was uncomfortable. He bent down and got right in our face every time he spoke to us like he was a child asking permission for something. The server told me they would discount my check since this is not the kind of service they wish to provide with serving the entrée differently than described. I said that this was our first time here and it has not been a good impression so far, trying to not take out my frustration on him but the whole experience had been horrible. He went in and told the manager who came out and apologized some more and asked how the fish sandwich was and my partner somewhat declined to mention anything and I said no go ahead and tell him what your thoughts are. So he said the fish was chopped and not blackened didn't even mention the fries. The manager got a little defensive but maintained professionalism. And again apologized and asked if he could make him another meal or what he could do. We just asked for more tea. I will say my flatbread was decent tasting, but disappointing without the avocado of course. When we got the bill they had remove the flatbread which was nice. We saw the teas were four dollars each! Almost as much as a beer which is six dollars. One last thing is sitting on the beach as we were, there were at least two women in thong bikinis walking around getting out of their boats and jet skis etc. Unless you like to see big butts while you're eating, I would suggest staying inside. But most importantly I would really suggest you take your business elsewhere. Overpriced, poor service and low quality.
