I ordered a burger with no bun. There was no silverware and no napkins in the bag. How utterly ridiculous is that? I was so mad.The app is horrible to use. It is very glitchy and ordered my food at a restaurant 2 miles south of where I was when I was driving north. Not knowing the area or addresses, imagine my confusion when the rest nearby didn't have my order.
It was Friday at lunchtime, I was alone with 4 kids under the age of 10. We were on the way to meet a family member who was in town for a short time. Drive through line was very long so we went in. I got the Fillet O Fish, fresh and hot! and got the kiddos some Happy Meals. All kids got the same toy, no fighting. Right on! I give the place three stars because it's very slow.. before the pandemic drive-thrus were based on being quick since the pandemic drive-throughs have slowed down excessively even though the traffic inside is nowhere near what it was at pre-pandemic levels. Drive-thru service has became exceptionally poor in the respect of being quick and getting the orders right.. this place has excellent people working, as for personality. Just very slow on deliveries to the customer
