We stopped into grab a quick bite to eat while running errands. Ordered from the app we dined in, and when I got my burger, I ordered Mustard and onions only. I got a dime size amount of mustard and no onion and ketchup. I took it back to the counter and explained what i ordered and what i got. The employee said we'll make you a new one. When I opened my burger again, it had a big squeeze of mustard this time! I took back again by this time my husband had finished his meal. I asked for a manager to explain the entire issue and how I had ordered my burger. At this point I asked if I could just have a small souffle cup of onions. She grabbed my burger, frustrated, not sure with me or her employees, never the less she never attempted to compensate for any of this major screw up with even so much as new fries sense clearly mine were cold by now. Will never go back to this location again. Hwy 50/27 Clermont Fl. The bathroom was also a mess.

Super rude Manager at Clermont McDonalds. Drive thru line wanted me to move to parking spot one so her clock can stop running and there was no cars behind me. She rather had give me my money back instead of me waiting at the window for 2 minutes. Overall Rude as can be!

Not their system being down but yet their app still letting you put an order then having to wait for a refund. It’s 2024, if your system is down maybe ya’ll should implement something that doesn’t allow you to order online in that moment. DO BETTER.
I give the place three stars because it's very slow.. before the pandemic drive-thrus were based on being quick since the pandemic drive-throughs have slowed down excessively even though the traffic inside is nowhere near what it was at pre-pandemic levels. Drive-thru service has became exceptionally poor in the respect of being quick and getting the orders right.. this place has excellent people working, as for personality. Just very slow on deliveries to the customer

I ordered a burger with no bun. There was no silverware and no napkins in the bag. How utterly ridiculous is that? I was so mad.The app is horrible to use. It is very glitchy and ordered my food at a restaurant 2 miles south of where I was when I was driving north. Not knowing the area or addresses, imagine my confusion when the rest nearby didn't have my order.
