She, and her staff were willing to serve me, although I didn’t deserve service. There is NO excuse for my behavior. It is with the sincerest of intentions that I am apologizing for my appalling behavior.“

“I was very disappointed with the with the employees wearing their masks over their chins only, with a Spanish man who were bossing the other members as though he was a manager. The \\\"manager\\\" wearing his mask on his chin as well. There is a sign on the window stating a mask must be worn to enter.“
