I wish I would have gotten the name of the young woman who served me yesterday evening (9/21/23) she was the epitome of great customer service.“
“The old man is rude as ever lol tried to accuse me of getting Sprite when I was getting club soda in the water cup and had the nerve to argue with me . Pretty sure number one rule of customer service is never argue or accuse you're customers. The rest of the lady's are a pleasure and are super nice , definitely my favorite location .“

“We visited the mall and saw Piknik so decided to give it a try. The Turkey sandwich was the best! The bread was freshly baked and had an awesome crust. Just the right amount and combination of ingredients. So fresh and the tomatoes were delicious. Can’t wait to try their other food and baked goods. We will definitely be back.“

“Anyone who wants genuine Italian espresso or Australians needing a flat white equal to Melbourne’s best - take the effort to find this cafe, the absolute best coffee in Palm Beach Gardens. The owner is amazing, understands coffee like you can get in New York. All the food is hand baked, the pistachio biscotti perfectly traditional tastes amazing! If you park per google address, walk up to the doors #5000 and walk through the building corridor, you’ll come out into the courtyard which is delightful, quiet, peaceful and shaded sunny under the gorgeous trees with outdoor tables. “Great sandwich shop! I had a turkey club, and my husband had a Greek salad. Both of the items we ordered were delicious. You need to know though that it is walk up to a window and order your sandwich kind of place (all outdoors). It took about 25 minutes for our order to be ready. Most people seem to have ordered online and we’re just picking up. Don’t go there if you have limited time. But if you can wait, 20 to 30 minutes for a sandwich definitely check it out. It is within walking distance to the beach. So if you park your car and order your sandwich, you can walk down the beach take a look at the ocean, maybe get a few minutes of grounding in and then walk back to the sandwich shop just in time to grab a lovely sandwich to go. There is a park with tables and chairs less than a block away that you can take your sandwich to go and enjoy it outside.“

“Food, service, and atmosphere is great. My reason for 4 stars is this: I request that the sub rolls for my cold subs NOT be cut all the way thru before placing the ingredients inside. I prefer having the “hinge” on the back to keep the toppings from falling out. However…they refuse to accommodate. They’ve told me everything from they get in trouble if they do it that way, or they’re not allowed to do it that way, or the most recent it’s corporate policy that they cut their sub rolls all the way through for cold subs. For the amount I’m paying for their subs (which is worth it), you’d think they would accommodate the customer. Any other Jersey Mike’s I happen to go to when I’m in to their area, gladly fulfill my request WITHOUT question. But since North Lake is only about a mile from me, this is my homebase Jersey Mike’s. I have correspondence from Corporate Jersey Mike’s (email and verbal), that say it is up to the individual franchisee to make that decision, not Corporate. So I don’t understand why they are so adamant at this location about NOT butterflying (that’s what it’s called), their cold subs when requested. I even had one employee at the Northlake location tell me he got “reamed” out once by the manager for butterflying a sub for a customer. It seems as though since I am the paying customer, it wouldn’t be such a big deal. Especially when I’m dropping 20, 30, and $40 per visit, especially for their their Giant subs, you would think they would be a bit more accommodating. Otherwise, Jersey Mike’s on Northlake Boulevard is absolutely fantastic. I just wish they’d remember, it is also the little things that keep a customer. happy and coming back.“

“This is the hidden gem of Palm Beach, if you know, you know. The coffee is great, very smooth and balanced. I get an oat milk latte and a croissant or Panini. I love the sandwiches, it’s simple good food. The staff is nice and it’s clean inside. They use eco-friendly to-go containers as well which I think more restaurants should do on the island. It’s great for a lunch date or we call ahead, pickup and take lunch to the beach.“

The wait time on food is understandable for the quality of food you are waiting for. On the occasion that you go in during a busy lunch, they will have you walking out as soon as possible with a smile on your face. Small staff, so if you come back, you'll be sure to recognize a face, and they may even recognize you, which is always great. The fries are ALWAYS fresh (they drop them as ordered). Any of the bomb subs (steak bomb, burger bomb, tuna bomb) are the BOMB for real. The Cubans also make a delicious meal if you aren't all about the veggies. The BEST cold sub would definitely have to be the tuna. It's made fresh daily with celery and lemon. And if you aren't a fish person, the Italian cold cut is a great option as well.. you could even get it hot and toasted.“

I've only ever seen one old dude behind the counter, but he is consistently friendly, helpful, and only too happy to handle your special orders. The food is consistently good, served hot off the grill. The ambiance is consistently just a beat up old sub shop, with battered tabletops, some torn chairs, and a few sub shop posters for decorations, but no one is coming here for the art. If you want good food, this is a place to find it.“

“Placed my order through door dash (worst mistake I ever made) they brought wrong order while the correct order was already made. I called and spoke with the owner who went above and beyond to make sure his customer was happy. He went out of his way to bring me the correct order, this made my day and I was so grateful! I was on my lunch break at work and didn't have the time to go there and pick it up. So thank you again!!! The food has been awesome as well. Cuban, chef salad and potato salad.
