We went to Saito's last night to have dinner. This was my second time in this place. The food was slightly above average. Their prices were inflated because the cook makes the food in front of you with a little show. The plates are made of plastic. They don't have knives on the tables. They charged me $10 for sharing my food with my baby who is not even 2 years old yet lol. The sharing charge is on the very bottom of the menu with small letters. My wife and I have been here many times and have NEVER been disappointed. Last visit, we sat at the hibachi table where she ordered the filet and scallops (always a favorite), and I ordered tuna tataki along with the tempura vegetables. By far, the best tuna in SoFlo, prepared perfectly every time. Quality of ingredients sets this hibachi restaurant above the rest, in my opinion.
