So let me start by saying my family and friends have been going to this facility for YEARS !!! Literally. I attended this exact establishment while i was pregnant everyday!!! And even held my baby shower here because we LOVED THIS PLACE ! But today !!! The day of my birthday at that the service was absolutely horrible and I’ll never recommend or attend this place again ! The server LILLY MADE ME SURE MY FAMILY KNEW THAT SHE HATES SERVING PPLE LIKE US ( black pple ) because they gave me BURNT FOOD ! From a chef i complained about multiple times ! And apparently others complained about also ! So my bill was 116 $ they added a 20$ gratuity and i said i would not pay it because the service was bad. I never said i wouldn’t tip the server but the chef i was not going to tip . So she proceeded to argue with me through out the restaurant call the manager ANTHONY. WHO THEN CANE OUT WITH NASTY BEHAVIOR THINKING I WANTED TO EAT And not PAY ! ASKING ME TO SEE THE FOOD THAT WAS BURNT AND WHEN I SHOWED HIM HE SAID HE WOULD TAKE OFF THE 6$ kid shrimp when might i add ! It was my entree steak that was Burnt! I told him i had no issue paying for my meal but i WAS ABSOLUTELY NOT PAYING A TIP ! Of 20$ for burnt food and bad behavior . I will never attend this establishment again i wish i knew the owner or corporate . Because this service today was the absolute worse so me and my family or friends will never attend again and i wish i could show u guys how much money we have spent with with them over the years .

My wife and I have been here many times and have NEVER been disappointed. Last visit, we sat at the hibachi table where she ordered the filet and scallops (always a favorite), and I ordered tuna tataki along with the tempura vegetables. By far, the best tuna in SoFlo, prepared perfectly every time. Quality of ingredients sets this hibachi restaurant above the rest, in my opinion.

not here to write about the food, which was fine, but me and my boyfriend were the only ones at the hibachi table and we were splitting a meal, and we were both getting our rice portions split evenly. There was some extra rice so the chef placed the rice on my plate and said "I figured you'd eat more than him anyway" ,, for reference , I'm a bigger curvier female, and my boyfriend is very skinny. I kind of shrugged it off until my boyfriend pointed it out after the chef left. It was really, really hurtful, and it caused me not to want to even eat my food. I never mentioned to the chef I wanted to eat more, or that I was hungrier for that matter. It was out of nowhere. It hurt quite a lot and I will not be returning.

Man, this place was such a big disappointment. The interior is pretty nice, it's modern-looking and the bathrooms were also pretty clean. The menu being a big drop down scroll thingy was also cool, but god DAAAAAMNNNN it's expensive!!!! i came to eat here with about 8 other people and the bill came out to over 700 dollars!!! you'd expect a place that's as expensive as this to taste amazing, but it was such so, so SOOO BLAND for appetizers, they gave us mushroom broth? or soup? not sure what it was exactly, but it tastes like instant soup powder, or even cup noodle broth, which was tastier than the meats. They also gave us some salad which tasted fresh-ish, and had a weird sauce on top i also liked. Anyways, the dude making our food in front of us put on a pretty awesome spectacle of making our food, but only seasoned everything with soy sauce, salt and pepper.... the fried rice was also pretty bland, i'm 100% sure they don't use any msg in their food, which is a sin in my eyes. The dude made cooked some vegetables and finally brought in the meats we ordered, being chicken, steak, lobster and shrimp. the vegetables were ok, but the carrot tasted old. the meats were.... so much worse than average. the meat was dry and flavorless, on account of them only using salt and pepper, which held true for everything else. the shrimp was rubbery, the lobster tasted freezer burnt, the chicken was the best part and even that was bland. biggest waste of money ever. the 2 ginger ales i drank were the best part of the meal.

I had the seared scallops and vegetables. The scallops were wonderful but the veggies were all onions with slivers of peppers which were the thinness I have ever not seen. The veggies ruined the total experience .

We went to Saito's last night to have dinner. This was my second time in this place. The food was slightly above average. Their prices were inflated because the cook makes the food in front of you with a little show. The plates are made of plastic. They don't have knives on the tables. They charged me $10 for sharing my food with my baby who is not even 2 years old yet lol. The sharing charge is on the very bottom of the menu with small letters. When you are concentrating on choosing your food you will not notice it. They don't mention that it applies to babies either. All in all I think, it is NOT worth the experience. You can get much better quality food in a restaurant with a nicer set up for the same amount of money you spend.

The food is delicious. Period. My friend and I return time and again. We usually order an abundance of appetizers with wine and saké. We love the chicken livers especially (delicious sauces). Also several shrimp appetizers and sushi wrapped in thinly sliced cucumber. On our last visit, several people ordered hibachi dinner. The person sitting on my left had a scallops and shrimp combined which she loved. The value: price ratio is excellent! A must try.

SO GOOOOD!!! Every time I come the food is just so amazing, the service is always top notch, and the prices seem pretty reasonable.. The food is extremely fresh and so savory and delicious.. Every time I go they help me choose what I want and they’re very patient, they also check up on us often to make sure everything is good.. The shrimp tempura was really yummy and the vegetable rolls were really yummy as well! My fav place for lunch 100% ? ?

Saturday January 13th me and my family went to this location after enjoying a pleasant and tasty Christmas Eve dinner at the Dania Pointe location. However never again, I ordered the teriyaki shrimp and a big was just happily galavanting in my food as he handed me the plate. I handed the waiter the plate back and pointed out the bug. The waiter took the plate back and returned with drink refills. Not once did ANYONE offer me a menu or ask if I would still like the meal. My daughter ordered a sushi roll and asked for spicy mayo. The waiter returned to the table 2 different time after taking my plate away yet not once was the bug in my plate addressed or a solution discussed. I flagged down a female waitress, when she approached my table she stated " the bug flew away once they got the plate in the kitchen it's crazy". Ten minutes passed and my family had already eaten most of their food while I sat with nothing but iced tea in front of me. I got the waiter's attention while he was at another table and asked if I could get an appetizer, when it came out it was the worst calamari I had ever had in my life, it literally crumbled when squeezed. I had one piece and it tasted like I was chewing cardboard, definitely was not fresh. When I tried to let someone know I was not satisfied with this appetizer the female waitress walked over and grabbed up the plate and set down the bill. When I reviewed the bill they put 18%gratuity on the check. When I inquired why It was added (we didn't do the hibachi) I was told they served me so they charge 18 % for everyone only I wasn't properly served or satisfied with the service or food. She not only spoke over me and cut me off she said it's not her problem I didn't like anything on their menu. I was never offered a menu to review after sending back a plate with a bug in it. No one came to the table to see that I did get service after I immediately handed him a plate back with a live bug in it. No customer service at all . Very rude waitstaff. No hospitality except the few young host/hostesses in the front who greeted us and said good night.
