“We stopped in here for a late night snack after dinner and visiting a few bars down in coconut grove. We decided to try salt and straw and boy was that a good idea! I got a peanut butter brittle as one flavor and a birthday cake flavor as well! Forget the exact names but they were 10/10. The waffle bowl was great too! For being relatively busy the line moved very fast and we got our couple samples and dished out with paying fast. We might have to order some of this through the national delivery service on their website!“
“Yummy pizza spot with cute/casual ambiance and friendly service! We had the margarita and cheese pizza which both had perfect crispy yet soft crusts and flavorful sauce. And good cheese of course. We also had the wings which were SO tasty and had a perfectly sweet yet spicy hot honey sauce. They were crispy on the inside but the meat was so tender still. We sat at the bar which was nice and got to chat with the waiter about lots of the menu items- he was super helpful and friendly. Would definitely return here when I want pizza!“
“Had dinner at this great spot in coconut grove. It's a Mediterranean restaurant with dishes from Spain, France and other european countries.It is a rebranding from what used to be Lulu at the Grove, now called Hala Lulu.The food is intended to be shared.And that's what we did. We had a couple of salads including the orange salad end one that had beats.Both were wonderful!We had different dishes with fish, pork and squid. They were all beautifully presented and very tasty.We also has a great wonderful aged New York Stake which was amazing.The wine selection was very extensive, but it was easy to choose thanks to the wonderful Sommelier. She was very knowledgeable and friendly. She was great at her job and helped us choose the perfect wine for a meal.Desserts were delicious. We had a Spanish to search called Torrejas. Also had tthe chocolate dessert with mango ice cream; great ending to a great meal.Service was very good. We were served by Daniela. She also very nice and helpful.They have a full bar and a great selection of cocktails.Prices were adequate for the quality of food in his neighborhood.They have indoor and outdoor seating. We had a great table outside which was perfect for a beautiful outdoor dining.Everyone was super friendly and made our dinner a great experience.
