We celebrated a milestone birthday with brunch at the Biltmore and our meal and experience were excellent. Our servers Ileana and Guillermo made our visit so special.

Last night we celebrated our wedding anniversary in the beautiful courtyard of the Fontana Restaurant at The Biltmore Hotel. My food was a masterpiece of perfection — beef tips with cremini mushrooms and cipollini onions in a demi-glace sauce. Au gratin potatoes were on the side. Everything was outstanding.

This is such a lovely place to eat! Our server Michael-Anne was terrific and our order was not only taken quickly but also arrived quickly. The atmosphere can't be beat with the beautiful lights and music at night. Dessert was amazing. We've eaten here before and it is consistently good.

The setting of this restaurant is gorgeous in the inner courtyard of the Biltmore. The service & food are good. The octopus was extremely tough. By the time they brought it back, my entire party had eaten and I was no longer hungry. Overall, ok.

We came for brunch and realized the actual fontana brunch is on Sundays. Nonetheless we sat down to have breakfast. Food was mediocre but worst of all we were trying to enjoy the ambience in the courtyard and had our meal completely ruined by dragging of chairs and clunking of plates/glassware... felt like we were having our meal as the restaurant was closing yet it was 11AM.

Undoubtedly, this spot stands out as one of the finest Sunday brunch destinations in Coral Gables and the wider Miami region. Offering delectable cuisine, bottomless mimosas, and unparalleled service, it's an experience beyond compare. A special recognition goes to the outstanding team—Edwin, Matthew, Janiel, and Gigi—who ensured our visit was nothing short of exceptional.

The location is as always fantastic. Service was good but unfortunately the kitchen could not find a accepeble alternatve for my wife that is alercic to garlic. Her food was not up to your standard and it also took a very long time for us to be served.

It's a lovely location, place, historic, but Fontana while friendly and nice the food was alright, drinks ok. Now there alternative bar, we call it Marlene Dietrich the painting of famous Hollywood celebrities, drinks were really good and equally good service...
Had a wonderful time at this hotel it is definitely a site for sore eyes you can't believe the amount of artsmanship and craftsmanship that went into designing this

For the price we paid the hostesses were not helpful in getting us seated on time. It was not until I asked for a timeline and challenged them because the table was not ready. I was looking forward to an ambient location. We got near the open kitchen and no view. Nothing. We were guided to a table set for 6 and we were 4. So mixing moving and a lot of tables empty in that area, so why the wait. The waitress did her best and we did not complain but.... Not as imagined.
We ate here two nights while staying at the Biltmore. Michael-Anne provided superb and friendly service both nights. The second night, the courtyard was closed due to rain. The interior spaces are lacking in ambiance for an elegant meal, but the courtyard, which is usually open, is a delight. The food is delicious every time.

Our waitress was very good. The gap between the appetizer and dinner was so long. The clams were really good and the branzino was cooked good. The grilled octopus was over cooked dry and Bitter
