Our first time eating here. Dalina was our server and was very informative and gave us great recommendations. We both had the prime rib dinner. A LOT of food! Started with a bowl of clam chowder. Full of clams! Prime rib was delicious. I had mine with asparagus and mashed potatoes. My husband had his with broccoli and loaded mashed potatoes. Ended up having to take food home! Of course, saved rim for the pizookie. They were very good, but a were so full from the meal, couldn't finish the dessert. Will definitely come back! Would love to try the wings next time!

I went this evening with a party of 25. The service was absolutely horrible . Half of us finished our food and our tables were cleared before the other half even got their food. I went to ask for the manager which took about 10 minutes. When the manager Dave finally arrived he was extremely rude and unapologetic! and because of manager Daves rudeness we will not be coming back.

I had the pleasure of dinning with Sophia as my waiter, she was a pleasure and made my experience delightful. The food was amazing and 10/10 service definitely returning soon.

I placed the order 29251521 on 3/15/2024 at 2.17pm for pick up at Coral Springs, FL location instead of Pembroke Pines, FL but I immediately canceled the order online. I used $10 rewards and $38.36 from my BJ's giftcard. I tried to order again for pickup at Pembroke Pines location but the rewards and gift card balance are not available so I called the Coral Spring location and talked to Christian @ take out, he said that he couldnt see the order but then he spoke to his manager Scott and said Scott will take care of this and issue the rewards and the gift card amount used back in some way. I submitted 3 feedback ticket on this issue since 3/15/2024 but I havent got any reply yet nor any refund back to my gift card or issuance of of new gift card. This is how they run the business. Never BJ's again.

If you call that deep dish pizza youre sadly mistaken. Your pizza is a puffy crust with cheese and toppings. This definitely not a deep dish pizza. Very disappointed. You charge $30 for this?

I want to first start off saying this place was amazing! The manager David, worked with me throughout the past month and a half to plan my engagement party/celebration and he was just amazing! We loved every single second of being there, the atmosphere was good, the service was amazing, and overall the best we could ever ask for. We want to start off by saying this place was extremely accommodating, and flexible. For our party of 30, it was the best we could ever ask for. We had two main servers, one being Sofia and the other Valentina. Sofia was so kind, caring, and made sure not only our tables were taken care of but also kept myself and my fiancé updated the entire time. She went as far as even being able to get my camera charged to take pictures with the manager David. Valentina, was decent, she was able to help out a lot and made sure we weren’t missing anything either but regardless she was rude at times to our guests and not as caring as Sofia. But don’t shy away from this place, because regardless their customer service was made up by Andrea and Antonio, who came by frequently to help out and ask us if we needed anything. They were very loving, and Andrea came just as frequent to help out as Sofia even though she wasn’t assigned to us. I can easily recommend that this place to anyone as it was an amazing event hosted by David and his staff, and kudos to their team for being able to host 30 people on a Friday night!
