terrible experience, not that I'm surprised. Barely anyone inside or in the drive thru, you would expect the fastest service they had. I don't know if the employee I was speaking to was hard of hearing but he/she (couldn't tell honestly) asked me for the name of my order THREE SEPERATE TIMES. honestly if they couldn't hear me they should've asked me multiple times on the spot but I guess from embarrassment they would just leave and come back and ask again like if my order wasn't ready yet. Finally spoke to a manager since I was already waiting 10+ mins only for her to grab the order that I've seen has been sitting there for 8 of the 10+ mins I was there. Got my food cold and late due to employee not haring me and not taking the time to properly help. I can see this location going out in the next 5- 10 years.Parking: Chick fil a needs to improve parking. They even used to have mobile order pick up and got rid of it because employees were too lazy to walk to cars and made some bs up in the app that it was "due to inclement weather" and just never brought it back. Million dollar corporation but wont make the investment to make a better parking/ drive thru.
