I walked in to get a donut since I had a craving for it....it was not a problem at all....I walked in, I told them which type I wanted and I got my donut in a bag to go.Very uneventful. The selection of donuts was good and the store was not too busy when I went in, so my experience was good at this particular Dunkin'.
Went there twice. Both experiences were terrible. I remained patient understanding this being a holiday week but my order being skipped over multiple times until I asked an employee to check my receipt, that's ridiculous. I got the idea something was wrong when 3 different people got their food after my order. As I left, one of them was coming back and I bet they either got my order or something else wrong. Will never go to this location again despite employees being very polite....read full review
