I worked at dunkin for couple of weeks. the environment wasn’t the best for me at all people start lots of drama back and forth. the manger cut my hours and didn’t let me work, and also the communication with the manger was horrible she never responded to one of my messages at all every time I contacted for a problem. another thing everything in their is disgusting and mold and it’s need new upgrade and smells so bad. the coworkers some of them are nice some of them were rude. and I have plenty of friends that have worked here and have left for the same problem and other situations. overall if you trying to work here please “DONT” mind as well get yourself coffee and donut but das all!!

This is the worst Dunkin I’ve ever been to in the US. The place is SO dirty disgusting they never clean the floors or tables I would be terrified to look in the bathrooms. They NEVER EVER have the donuts ready when you order via the app. I don’t get it the people there haven’t been trained, have no idea how to fill the simplest of orders and then wonder why people are upset the order is not ready. When you tell them the donuts of the pickup order are missing they tell you to wait in line to re-order them?! Make it make sense and AVOID this location at all costs.

AVOID this DD and go ELSEWHERE ! The Staff are the rudest bunch of classless individuals. Ask a simple question about missing items in my order and get ignored ; completely ignored ! The person in charge was two-feet from me and looking right at me so i know she heard my question - which started with “Excuse me “, not a single word in response. Then i move on to a second employee - who corrected the issue but didn't even look at me when handing me the bag of missing items. an attitude for spending money ! At that point the mute came over and said something - so I asked if she was talking to me ? The rude response was “no I’m talking to my employee” - to which I rebutted “perhaps you should speak with your customers when they ask questions about missing items” I was then told to pick up my delivery order and get out - I am not a delivery driver , however if this is how the delivery folks are treated -as well as the customers you'd do yourself a favor to avoid this one ! I will be calling the manager as well as the franchise customer service -

They seriously blew me off for an interview do not do the applications for this Dunkin! They were rude and said they didn't wanna hire anyone their slow but still I tried to go for an interview when someone their said their hiring.
