Incredible that they bring food for adults! And the children have to spend 25 minutes for fried chicken and pasta that they heat up on the spot! And they tell you that the food is being prepared on the spot! AHA! Something fried is ready in maximum 8 minutes or less! Why make the children wait, they are the most important thing! My neighbor at the table was waiting more than 30 minutes for a dish that he returned for I don't know for what reason! In the end he had to order takeaway! I am so so disappointed in this one especially at University! Because it's not the first time! It seems like they were giving priority to other types of orders! All clients are important! Not just those who order takeout! After 25 minutes after his food arrived, my son asked for ketchup! And the blessed ketchup arrived after he ate everything! My God! This store needs an urgent restructuring of its staff! We do a thousand times better at the Olive Garden on Federal Highway! With everything and the restaurant Full!! We will not return to this again…Terrible!!! I don't expect and I don't want to go back to this Olive Garden!!! It's amazing how long it takes to take your order when the restaurant is empty! I have always had excellent service at this Olive Garden. But my last visit our server was not very attentive. Having to ask several times just for a drink refill. And it wasn't really busy. It was at times that her mind was somewhere else. A couple of times we had to ask another server to get ours as she would just disappear.
