I have a special needs daughter that loves coming here the managers and all the workers are always smiling and eager to help you. I give them totally five starsVegetarian options: If you are a vegetarian they have a wide selection of vegetables.Parking: I have never had a problem with parking you can park on the side or in the frontKid-friendliness: This is 100% Family restaurant

Ordered online. I arrived at the time my order was supposed to be ready, gave my name and the cashier printed my receipt and took the copy and placed in on the counter. Took 20 minutes to get my food for an online order that was supposed to be ready. Also the cashier was handling cash with gloves on and then went back on the line with the same exact gloves!l and started to make an order!!! One of the other customers called him out and told him to change his gloves and that he no longer wanted that plate since it’s now contaminated. Also my order was wrong. Asked for yellow rice and received white rice. Also out of crispy chicken… didn’t tell me this until after almost 20 minutes of waiting.

I've been 5 times in the past 2 months and all 5 times order is wrong . I get charged for things I don't get and have to go inside to ask for sauces bec the girls at the window act like the garlic sauce is made with gold...

Came in for a family meal they are out of beans corn and French fries can’t substitute with plantains. Ordered plantains came all the way home to find a family meal of chicken plantains and NO.rice. Tried calling no answer. Staff is in the kitchen with the manager just talking barely could get anyone to serve me. Such a shame what’s happening at pollo

After work I obviously went to dinner and I find the pleasant surprise that there were no beans... I couldn’t believe that in a Pollo Tropical there are no beans...The order took a long time, they give more priority to the drive thru and all the orders go wrong.If I had read the reviews first, I wouldn’t even have thought of coming here. The cashier who attended us apologized many times and his face even fell out of shame.To the owners or those in charge of these places...ATTENTION TO THE REVIEWS!PLEASE DO AUDITS AND LOGISTICS!!!As customers, we are tired of literally throwing our money into mediocre fast foods.It is NOT selling for selling... it is selling, keeping the customer satisfied and continuing to consume you. ??♀️?
