William handled a previously upset customer professionally and with personable care. I was disappointed in the lack of meat firehouse limits its employees to use, thus bringing the fire onto the employees themselves. I returned with an order I ordered through DoorDash very upset, and he turned a customer who was ready to walk away from the business I’ve been eating at for years into a continuing customer. Kudos to you William. Firehouse, don’t be cheap with your customers....read full review
