I don’t see how you can forget 3 orders of tots out of 4 meals but they did, they also they forgot a sonic blast. But that’s not the worst of it I had to drive back up to their store to get the order fixed. The whole ordeal from the first order being placed took over an hour. Therefore not only was it an inconvenience for me but we also had to eat cold sonic food for dinner. It’s a shame that our Crestview sonic can’t do better because we absolutely love sonic.
We are visiting Crestview for my grandfather's funeral. We love Sonic's back home in Tampa so we decided to come to this location for a late night snack and drinks. First thing we waited 20mins for anyone to answer the speaker. We placed our order which they brought out and the entire order was wrong.
