Portions sizes have decreased, and prices have risen significantly in the past few years. We all know this is true. What's difficult to define is why the food doesn't taste like it once did. It's all much more bland, and the toppings are a whisper of themselves in times past.This particular Wendy's has customer service down well, hence the 3 stars instead of two stars. When we went to eat yesterday it did not take long at all for us to get served even though there where alot of people there and the cashier was just as polite as she could be I will be going back to eat there again FridayKid-friendliness: They have the perfect little frostys for kids

Absolutely horrible! It took almost 20 minutes to place my order on the inside, and another ten minutes to have it filled. There were six cars ahead of us, so we went inside - mistake! It appeared everyone was in slow motion. This was about 8:18 pm. Very slow service.
