I've been going here for five years, and I've loved every visit. If you aren't a fan of raw sushi, they have plenty of cooked options. I highly recommend the crispy crab appetizer if you enjoy cream cheese. A fun choice is the Kiss of Fire Roll, it is set on fire in front of you, giving it a nice smoky flavor. This is definitely the best sushi in Crestview. The fish is fresh and not frozen, the server was excellent. Everything was delicious. I absolutely recommend You Sushi & Hibachi.

I enjoyed the Spring rolls, and the Lucky 7 & the Destin sushi rolls. All were delicious. Dine-in service was barely adequate. We got one napkin & a set of chopsticks at the table. They brought our appetizer & then sushi on the serving trays. No plates...(we didn't ask). We asked if we could have more napkins & she took one, ONE! from a table next to us.
