China 1 Restaurant serves very basic Chinese food. The lo mein had no flavor but comes in a large quantity. The food is always fresh, and the tofu options are great, especially the schezuan bean curd for a vegetarian option. Spring rolls are amazing. Great food includes beef n broccoli, crab and cheese Rangoons, and steamed dumplings. Portions are big, and an egg roll is usually thrown in on meals. Dining in is meh; calling in order is suggested.
