“This place is a classic spot that is legendary and this is the newest location. Service was great. Our server, Marco, was very pleasant and efficient. However, the kitchen still has a few kinks to work out in terms of flavor compared to the original location and the others and the kitchen is a bit on the slow side. “I was watching a food show and it had Chicago deep dish pizza. I really miss not having a deep dish for over 6 years. So, I search for a deep-dish pizza near me, and this restaurant came up. I had never been there. I called them and the manager that answered was very nice. I told them I was going to come and eat a pizza and he told me they make them fresh to order and it could take 45 minutes. So, I ask could I pre order and make a reservation they said no problem. We drove there and walk in they had a table setup and reserved there for us. We ever ordered the eggplant parmigiana. 10 minutes later they served us it was fantastic. The pizza had so much cheese and the crust were bake well. I love the pasta with the eggplant it was not grease. I did wish they would have a small dinner salad. But it was all great we look forward to coming back soon.“

We were seated quickly by the hostess. We were able to sit in the open air patio area which was great especially on a beautiful day. We were brought water and fresh bread very quickly. The menu is multi-european in its choices. We ordered several delicious appetizers, I especially loved the Tuna Tartar which was creatively presented and served atop of an avocado base-I thoughly enjoyed the combination…my friend’s favorite was the Beef Tartar and we ordered a creatively composed salad of mixed green, fresh sweet pears, feta in a light dressing-it was perfect. I appears the menu continues to evolve from what I’ve read. Our bill did not include an automatic gratuity. The décor eclectic, polished yet inviting… The owner is clearly an art lover…its evident in the décor and the artful food presentation. The prices are in the average range for this area. Our service was excellent, very accommodating yet not hovering. Easy parking right outside their entrance. All in all a delightful afternoon. I’ll be returning and I recommend.“
“This is truly a small Italian restaurant to treasure. Roberta is the charming Italian woman who is your server. There are about 10 tables inside and about 5 outside. I live much of the year in my villa in Tuscany, so I know good Italian food.One of the nicest things about Roberta's is that they don't offer wines, but allow you to bring your own without a corkage fee. Ironically, they own the Italian market next door which sells wine and will open it for you if you come unprepared.I've been twice. the first time we had lasagna and chicken parmigiana. I always like to try traditional dishes to calibrate the establishment, and she passed with flying colors. Both dishes were about $20.Our second visit we had ossobuco and a shrimp linguine. Both were specials of the night and were $40 and $30 respectively. Though they were both more expensive than any regular menu item, they were well worth it.I have not yet tried her pizza because it is only offered at lunch. This is the opposite of Tuscany where it is impossible to get (real) pizza at lunch.“

Being on vacation in Fort Laurdale I went on Find me Gluten free. (My go too app) and found Mama Mia's. This place became the highlight of my trip. Its a small family run place that consists of a mother, father, and daughter. They are the nicest people you can meet. So welcoming and make you feel at home. The daughter takes your order (She Has CELIAC) importiant to note so she knows all about cross contamination and how serious celiac is. Coming from jersey right outside of NY I did not expect to find better Italian food than at home. Man was I wrong. The food came out and it was so fresh and amazing. I love that the chef (the mother) comes out to check on how your enjoying your meal. Portions are large and feels like home cooked. Being severe celiac I can assure you I had no problems after eating these meals. I loved it so much that I went back again twice during my short vacation. Thank you so much for being so accommodating and I can not wait to come back once I am in the area again.
