Enjoyed my meal and the hospitality was excellent. Best Jamaican food truck in town! Definitely a diamond ? in the rough. Hope they come to Tampa and bless us with their food. Recommend if you're close by and want good food and service.
This was a food truck, so atmosphere was not a big factor in our decision to try Simply Delicious Kitchen. Nevertheless, I gave the "atmosphere" four points for having a clean picnic table covered by a big umbrella for shade. It is on a busy street so expect some traffic noise. The jerk pork came in big bites piled high over rice and beans. Having asked for mild, I was happy with the bit of kick in the sauce to round out the flavors. As a Jamaican immigrant of 14+ years, I have to say this is best Jamaican food I've ever had in the US. The food has soul, flavor, and seasoned very well. It sell off, literally! Shell dung! I will absolutely be returning and hope they open restaurants soon. Sometimes restaurants lose quality but I don't think this will be the case for these brothers.
