Came in around 11:30 with a very simple order: Loaded Nacho chicken sandwich and a Ghost Pepper Ranch sandwich.When we received our order, both were simply regular chicken sandwiches with a slice of American cheese on it. None of the actual specialty toppings were on either sandwich.Whatever, it happens. Bring the sandwiches back up. After a minute or so, a manager comes by to ask me what is wrong. I explain that we ordered a Loaded Nacho and a Ghost Pepper Ranch sandwich and received two regular sandwiches.The manager examines the receipt and decides to argue with me. She tells me that I actually ordered an "Asiago Ranch chicken sandwich". I explain to her that no, I did not, and even if I did, the order is still wrong regardless. She then told me that the cheese that was on the sandwich "is what comes on it". I gently explain that no, the menu says right there it is supposed to have melted queso on it because it is a nacho cheese sandwich. She throws both sandwiches into the trash and walks away.After about five minutes of waiting, someone from the kitchen shouts across the counter to me that they are "out of ghost pepper ranch". I say okay, whatever, just make it two Loaded Nacho sandwiches instead.A few minutes later I hear someone shout that there is "no queso sauce". Nobody speaks to me about this.Finally, after nearly ten minutes, I am handed a bag. I bring it to my seat and open it up to find we have both, at least, received a chicken sandwich... except both of them are covered in ghost pepper ranch. And nothing else. No queso, no nacho strips, no ghost pepper cheese, no crispy onion. Chicken breast, ghost pepper ranch, that's it.As it turns out, when this store is out of something, they just throw random crap on the sandwich and hope nobody complains. I am also confused at how one location can be out of stock of so many different things, or how nobody on management knows what is out of stock until after a sandwich is made. Wendy's doesn't exactly have a huge menu.We did not feel like fighting so we just ate regardless, but in hind sight we really should have just gotten a refund and left. Oh well. Worst Wendy's experience I've ever had.

Been waiting in the drive thru for half an hour for a doordash that was ordered before that. They have 3 people delivering orders instead of just making the food. They push you out of line so that corporate doesn't see how slow they are, but guess what? Youve wasted enough of my time that now they do.

It is sad to say that one more time I have been disappointed even standing at the counter waiting for our food they ask have I've been help from the same person that took my order all they have been doing is chatting and joking around 2 of the employees are looking like there lost its been over 20m and still waiting also ask for a taco sald and got a chiken salad

After a long drive, it was quite refreshing to be greeted by a courteous, kind, bubbly voice at the drive thru - young African American female cashier with braids. I didn't get her name but I can say that she's an asset to that Wendy's. The service was great and the food was quick. This was just what I wanted after a tiring trip.

This Wendy’s is awful! Do not recommend. This is the second or third time coming here because it’s close to my house and every single time they mess my order up and give me cold food. The location is extremely slow. I never see more than 1-2 cars at a time in the drive thru which means I should be getting food made to order not nasty cold food that’s probably been sitting there since 11am. Plus, the young girls at the drive thru window never give me a receipt and always give me a messed up order. Horrible won’t be coming back to this location again.

Today my family and I experienced the worst customer service. Megan the host was extremely rude and had the biggest attitude. We had a slight change in our order she started shouting and getting mad at us. At the end of the encounter she slammed the window. I did not appreciate it and it was not appropriate. I would not recommend coming here to eat .

The food was hot and fresh. It would have been perfect if it was actually my food. Lol. Completely wrong order. The servicer were polite. I was just provided the wrong order.

This Wendy's is the worst I've been to, my I ordered two burgers and were cold I tell the worker she was ok but when she went to tell the makers they didn't like that let me tell you if I'm gonna pay for a meal I would like it to be hot or warm the burgers were cold and the second time were still cold never again will I visit this place. Also you have to order at the front with the iPad there's no humans that will help you.
