“Ordered for a family of 4...the server was very helpful and made sure to get our large order right. While waiting (didn't take long at all for the amout we ordered) the cooks was laughing and signing while they worked. Loved it! One was even talking about my ruben with pepper jack cheese and how he was gonna have to try it. Great attitudes and the food was amazing. We will return on our next getaway!!!”

“For a while, I thought my mouth had lost all taste until I tried the Casual Bird in Port Orange. I am not a big sandwich person, but my husband and I decided to give this place a try. Words can't describe the party going on in my mouth after taking a bite.Not only was the sandwich outstanding, but the sweet potato casserole side was just like eating a fresh pumpkin pie. I ordered the Summer Breeze, which includes roasted turkey, brie, apples, and is served with cranberry mayo.The place is super clean, and the food was neatly presented even for a to-go order. The pickle was crispy and fresh! Thank you to the team serving up terrific food over there.”

“I want to thank the pleasant young man that worked on Thursday evening, Jan.11, 2024. He made the best and freshest Subway sandwich that I ever had. I placed an online order for 2 footlongs and the bread, meat and vegetables were super fresh, and the sandwiches were nicely prepared.When I arrived to pick up my order, he quickly acknowledged me with a friendly smile, he made me feel welcome and he had my order ready to go. “I was put up at the Pirennial Club and this was right across the street in Daytona Shores. The prices were great and I joined their text club and got an extra 10% off :). The sandwiches were awesome and of course the bbq items were as they should be… rocking. Very pleasant staff and a little laid back. I almost want to throw a monthly South Daytona NETWORKING EVENT there to bring some energy there that matches the food!”

“Very authentic Italian Pizza with lots of toppings and spices to add to you pizza. We picked up the pizza and the restaurant was clean and well run. In less than 15 minutes we were on our way and enjoyed the meal immensely. Highly recommended.Vegetarian options: The best variety of vegetarian toppings I have seen.”

“Very nice environment when you walk in. Workers/Owners are extremely nice which is awesome. Ice cream is delicious. They even have seating outside. My wife and I just moved in down the street. Saw this little place and tried it out. It was perfect. We have been 4 times already. Will go again maybe this weekend. They also have a little punch card that let's you get some ice-cream punches over times then when you get your last you get some ice cream on them. That's pretty cool. But definitely try this place out.”

“Love this place that we found since moving to the coast. Clean, friendly staff, and quality food. We love the buffet that is offered on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. Well worth the $17.95 per person. Consistently great food and not your regular buffet.”

“The Porch serves delicious Acai Bowls, my personal favorite is "the tropical" and I love their blueberry crumbcake ice/hot tea! Also, they now serve amazing sandwiches and kumbucha! I love the Pina Coloda one! We live 35 minutes away but are regulars because how excellent their food and service is!”

“We enjoyed dinner on the porch last Friday (late March). It was a lovely evening to soak up the Ormond Beach atmosphere. The setting is tropical old Florida and has a lot of character. Our servers and host were professional and friendly and handled our group with ease and flexibility. My meal was tasty and the eats the other folks ordered looked stunning. It’s a pretty fancy menu but that’s what they’re going for - and nailed it. A broader selection of local craft beer would enhance my personal experience slightly. As a community we need to support businesses like these that really add to the quality of life as well as create a positive economic impact of our little beach town. “First, the service was excellent! A very well trained staff served us an amazing meal. Great clean decor greets you and sets the mood. Cocktails were delicious with a generous pour. Asiago bread appetizer melted in your mouth and the pesto/herb butter/oil & balsamic were very well presented and delicious. The Korean spareribs with shoestring fries fell off the bone and the sauce hit you with a great flavor and tang. While the price is steep the Wagyu beef entree was worth every penny! Melt in your mouth beef with a great sauce. We substituted the Yukon gold mashed potatoes and were pleasantly surprised by them! Bread pudding dessert is made in house and was the perfect ending to a great experience.”
