Check your receipts, was charged 2 different amounts. When I called, the manager said it was because I order flavored crusts but I clearly have 2 different receipts showing I was charged twice for taxes and delivery fees. Door Dash delivered, which was on them as I ordered through the store directly, I’m sure that’s where the additional amount came from. No apology, no offers to make it right, just an attitude and didn’t care that I have the receipts in my hand to prove what I ordered and what the price was.

My pizza was mixed up with another customers pizza and delivered to my house. I spoke with manager who offered to retrieve the correct pizza from the customers location and would have the correct pizza then delivered to my house. Absolutely not. I drove to the store gave back the incorrect pizza watched the manager hand off the pizza to the delivery guy. Delivery guy get in his car with that pizza. Absolutely disgusting. I won’t ever ever order pizza again. Mix up in the delivery is understandable. But the fact I was offered to have my correct pizza picked back up from the other persons house and be brought back to me is just mind blowing! And to watch with my own eyes the messed up pizza I had return to the store be took back and delivered back to the other customer is awful. I can’t help but to think that’s how you guys handle your mix ups in delivery runs. I can’t believe this small mistake was handled in this way.

Pizza is always built correctly. Tastes good . Shaq-Oronie pizza is the best deal they ever had. Only store with a drive up window. But very slow to get employees attention. Sometimes you have to wait 8 to 10 mins to be seen or helped. Took me 3 trips around to get my pizza I pre ordered 20min pry to pick up took 48mins to pick up pizza . That this was the first time. All and all food is good.

Not bad for a chain restaurant. Pizza is always hot and made to order. The cinnamon pulls aparts are wonderful. The employees are very friendly, and even called when something was out of stock and offered a substitution.
Sat at drive thru window entirely too long had to park and go in, then eventually greeted by staff justifying why they didn't get the drive-thru instead of just apologizing. I use to work there a year ago and the drive thru buzzer was "broken" then too.

Are you serious? Customer service mon-existent. I am a walk in customer, and once I paid, I was notified it would be 40 minutes. I look toward the kitchen, 3 checks hanging. Give me a break. When I said I don't want to wait, he offers to refund my card. Then I decided to just wait, he rolls his eyes at me. I am a food service professional. Customer service is #1 .I am currently seeking employment. Would you like me to teach customer service, while getting managers that are concerned with cost control? Let me know.
