Wish I had read the reviews before going there. It smells like a dirty dish rag. The guy behind the counter just stared at his phone until he finally realized there were customers right in front of him. He took all of the orders and then went to make the drinks. He put his dirty hands all over the rim of the cups. I have never seen anyone so lazy and I will not be going back to this location. The smoothie was ok but had a weird after taste. Probably dirty water.
Went to tropical a few times now and always had a great experience I’ve seen some not so nice comments about this place and I haven’t seen any of what they are saying yes they are busy most of the time I arrive here and I might have to wait for a bit but everyone is nice and my food and smoothie always come out delicious!!!!♥️♥️

The first time I hard a Thai Chicken salad it was perfection. Tonight.....not so much. Over microwaved chicken that was inedible and removed from my dinner. Employees who had the discussion of how much they disliked what they did and the customers they severed....and only getting a spoon to eat my salad. I now know when to turn around and leave and never order.
