It is 11:55 pm. on a Thursday. I was pleasantly surprised that my single wirh cheese no tomato was made perfectly, and it was served hot and tasted very fresh, even at this late hour. The girls working the drive thru included napkins in my bag, which is huge in my book and they were fast, efficient, and friendly. That burger was very satisfying, thank you Wendy's for a great experience tonight!!

Went in to place an order today. The lobby was full of people waiting on their food which makes sense as it is a holiday. We decided we would use the kiosk to try not to bother the team catching up. Unfortunately the kiosk was down and we needed assistance from the counter staff. A worker came up looked at us, we told them the kiosk was down and we couldn’t make an order we would need to place it at the counter. They didn’t respond and then walked away. Then the manager on duty came up looked at us didn’t say a word and then left. We don’t know how the food was as we didn’t eat due to not being able to place an order. The person behind us stated they placed an order and a team member replied okay but you have to order on the kiosk. Poor customer service and poor atmosphere.

It's sad that all these fast food places only honor what they advertise if you download their app. The way things are now a days you shouldn't have to download anything to get what they advertise. It was years since I went to Wendy's and it will be years again. I quit going to Macdonalds for the same reason.

This place is a freaking joke. Either no one working here is remotely close to having a functional brain or they simply don't care to do their job. We tried to order breakfast at 10:28 am... the lady said they were out of everything because they were switching to lunch.. tried to order lunch.. then apparently they weren't serving lunch yet. So, in conclusion, a fast food joint that is open and operational could not serve us food. Make it nake sense?!?! ?‍♀️ I just.... wow.

If I could give this Wendy’s 0 stars I would! My fiancé sat in the drive through line for an hour just to get to the intercom to tell him they were closed! There was only 2 cars ahead of them and one of them was sitting at the intercom for more than 45 minutes! This is absolutely ridiculous and need to start hiring better employees! Not to mention this has happened numerous times but this is the closest Wendy’s to my house so I kept giving them the benefit of the doubt but no more! Stay away from this Wendy’s! Not worth your time or money! They should be paying me for f-ing gas or atleast took my order from waiting so long and on top of it there was still 30 minutes before their closing time!

If i could give less then one star i would, the person working drove though that took our order Diamonique was EXTREMELY Rude Cut us off during our order for the first meal, when asked about upgrading a meal, she said “i don’t know what you expect from me i’m the only person working” we only asked to upgrade our fries with a meal… at this point she stoped responding, didn’t give us a total, and refused to let anyone else order …. never gave a total we had to pull around to the window… as she threw out the drink and single meal ordered… charging us for more then we received… I called the restaurant numerous times from the drive thru with a message saying mailbox was full… I will be contacting corporate this was the worst service I have EVER received!
