“Hook's is a hole in the wall restaurant off Hillsboro. The building is a bit run down, but the food makes up for that. We tried the fried shrimp, the chicken nuggets, and the chicken tenders. The fried shrimp was absolutely excellent. The chicken nuggets are essentially big chunks of chicken breast, similar to the tenders. They were served fresh and very hot, so hot in fact that we felt the chicken tasted better after cooling down for 15 minutes or so. Hook's does have a drive through and it was consistently busy for our entire time there. The service inside was a bit slow due to the drive through.“
“Fun fast casual Mexican food restaurant. I stop by whenever I am in the neighborhood for some tacos Al pastor. The burritos are also excellent. The green and red sauces are both delicious, and the hot salsa is respectable. Be sure to get some horchata to compliment the hot salsa. ;)“

“The place is not at the best location, but the food is excellent, the service was not the best either. However, the food quality is great taste like arepas from home. I got an arepa with shredded meat and gouda cheese it was great and my wife had a shredded meat empanada. Is the best venezuelan breakfast in the area.
